NA-Link®
NA-Link® refers to the suite of customized algorithms that National Analysts Worldwide produces to identify customers or prospects with specific segment characteristics or response propensities using various external databases and information resources.  These algorithms can be incorporated into our NA-TargetTool management system or incorporated directly by clients into their existing customer data warehouses. Clients use these scored databases to support a variety of marketing and sales applications.

NA-QuikLink®
NA-QuikLink provides clients an automated tool that can be used by call centers, websites, or direct sales representatives to identify customer needs interactively and tailor customized offers in real time during the customer interaction. 

NA-TargetTool
NA-TargetTool is a sophisticated customer relationship management application that allows customer relationship managers, direct marketers, product and category managers, and other managers to generate prioritized lists of customers and prospects for specific marketing initiatives.  Information on customer needs, interests, behaviors, and response propensities are used to score the customer and prospect data files that NA-TargetTool combs to identify the most promising targets.  An easy-to-use desktop computer interface allows managers to produce customized lists for specific initiatives in a few simple steps.

NA-SiteEvaluator
NA-SiteEvaluator is an easy-to-use mapping application that allows clients to quickly "size-up" the market in a specific geographic area.  Built using a state-of-the-art geographical information system (GIS), NA-SiteEvaluator provides consumer and business-to-business marketers with comprehensive summaries of target customer populations and their demographic/firmographic characteristics in the area of interest.  By cataloguing key information on customer interests, needs, and purchase propensities (and/or key customer segmentation information) within user-defined geographies, NA-SiteEvaluator serves as a powerful resource that can be used to assess prospective demand and potential customer mix for candidate facility locations or to fine-tune the configuration and offering of existing facilities.
