Proposal Remarks
Unless otherwise stated, the following Terms and Conditions apply to proposals submitted by National Analysts Worldwide:
- Our proposals abide by the ISO 20252 standard for Market Research companies.
- National Analysts Worldwide complies with applicable laws and generally published codes of ethics in the industry.
- National Analysts Worldwide may use subcontractors for purposes such as translations, data collection, and facility space. National Analysts Worldwide will disclose its use of subcontractors upon client request.
- Proposal pricing is valid for 90 days from the date of submission.
- Changes in project specifications may influence the price.
- Professional services are exempt from sales and use tax.
- Our standard terms of payment are:
- 50% upon authorization and 50% upon completion for Qualitative projects
- 33% upon authorization, 33% at the start of field, and 34% upon completion for Quantitative projects
- Products and samples supplied by the client will be adequately safeguarded and, upon request, returned to the client after the research.
- Project files and documents will be retained for at least 12 months from the delivery of the report (or close of field if there is no report) unless otherwise stated.
- For Qualitative studies:
- The recordings of interviews themselves will be available for at least 2 weeks after the report has been delivered.
- Verbatims from respondents may be included in the report if requested by the client or if National Analysts Worldwide believes these verbatims aid in understanding project findings. If the client specifically requests that verbatims are excluded, we will abide by that.
- Qualitative results cannot be projected to the overall population.
