| Statistical Programmer | Degree in math, statistics, or computer science; strong programming skills (SAS, C/C++, Visual Basic) |
| Data Processing Programmer | Degree in computer science, math or related field; working knowledge of a database or CATI program a plus |
| Operations Manager | College degree |
