Timothy L. Sprik

Tim Sprik is a Vice President of National Analysts Worldwide leading the Consumer Products and Financial Services practices. Since joining the firm in 1999, he has directed major strategic marketing studies for leading national and multinational corporations and major non-profit and government agencies. His work has concentrated on improving customer targeting, acquisition, and retention in both consumer and business-to-business markets. His work has helped clients identify successful new product launch opportunities, improve customer retention rates, and optimize pricing across their product portfolios.

Tim's research and consulting experience spans a host of marketing issues including brand equity, product positioning, pricing optimization, new product assessment and demand forecasting, brand performance tracking, customer satisfaction/behavior modeling, and market response modeling. Prior to joining National Analysts Worldwide, Tim held both marketing and research management positions within Shell Oil Company, where his responsibilities included oversight of a multi-million dollar consumer research program as well as development and implementation of national retail operating standards.  His in-depth knowledge of advanced research methodologies combined with years of experience implementing marketing strategies allows him to provide clients with thoughtful, practical counsel on a wide range of marketing issues.

Tim earned a B.S. degree, cum laude, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has been awarded numerous honors and recognitions during his career, including the U.S. EPA Gold Medal for Exceptional Service and the Shell Oil Laurel Award.
